FAQs

Q. Is this product prone to mold in a humid terrarium environment?

A. Although humidity and food can foster mold growth, cork’s near-impermeable nature makes it highly resistant to mold. As a hydrophobic material, it repels moisture and won’t contribute to mold issues in your enclosure.

Q. Is this suitable for plant cultivation?

A. While not designed to support plant growth directly, it can be used to anchor plants securely in place.

Q. Does this wood-like material require baking before use?

A. Unlike typical outdoor wood, cork doesn’t require baking and is ready to use immediately.
