What Leads Her

What Leads Her highlights 23 women who lead in a multitude of ways. The women are from different cultures, races, religions, socioeconomic backgrounds, professions, and lead through their passions and talents. The word LEAD should not have to fit into a specific box. This book empowers youth, ages 8 and up, to find what leads and inspires them to change the world. There are so many ways to lead, go ahead, be inspired, and find out what leads you! This book was brought to life through the traditional Indonesian art form of batik. It is a skill that has been passed down from grandmothers to mothers to daughters. Artwork done by Sarah Elworthy. Included in this book are two graphic organizers. One is for children and adults to research a woman who leads in this world and the other is to help them realize their own ability to lead. You can also purchase the What Leads Her Journal (offered in color and b&w on Amazon) to empower girls, teens, and women to LEAD. Read more
