Transfer Case Oil Pump Saver

• WARNING: DO NOT FORCE CASE HALVES TOGETHER. For 261/263 units, there may be an O-ring on the opposite side of the pump. This O-ring can be removed if needed to gain clearance. Proceed with caution to avoid damage
• Transfer case repair for NP236, 246, 261, and 263. First, discard the factory protector clip. Second, if necessary, clean the area thoroughly and repair any holes in the pump pocket with epoxy (like JB Weld) or replace the case half. Follow the steps carefully for a successful repair
• Due to manufacturing variances in OEM and aftermarket parts, the pump pocket may need modification. If BRNY doesn't sit flush, make the rounded corner more square in the highlighted areas. Now, the case is protected at all four contact points of the pump
• Replacement OEM numbers: BRNY4080, 482460, 78889. These numbers ensure compatibility and quality. Use the correct part for a seamless repair
