Scanpan Techniq Frying Basket
- Stainless steel frying basket Ø 28 cm from the technical range of Scapant.
- This frying basket is compatible with the large Braisier L from the technical range ref SC54203008. With its diameter of 28 cm and its high height, it allows you to fry large amounts of food.
- Its mesh is tight (6 x 6 mm) to prevent small fries from getting through. It will therefore be used to fry in oil (fries, nuggets, donuts...) but also to boil ravioli or cook fresh pasta.
- Its long handle prevents burning when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket has a hook to rest the basket on the edge of the pot to drain the fried food. The basket should not touch the oil.
- Made of stainless steel, it can be dishwasher safe.
