• Sinking Without Floating: As a core component of both pond aerator hose kits, this self-sinking aeration hose features reinforced weighted PVC construction that automatically sinks and stays firmly on the pond bottom—no floating, shifting, or extra stones/anchors needed. Unlike flimsy floating hoses, it delivers stable long-term underwater aeration and circulation, with a heavy-duty build to resist damage in deep-water setups.
• High Flow & Precise 3/8” Fit: This high-performance self-sinking hose boasts a smooth inner wall to reduce airflow resistance and maximize oxygen delivery. Its precise 3/8” inner diameter ensures a tight, leak-free fit with standard barbs/pumps, while flexible, anti-twisting material maintains steady air/water flow without kinking or blockages.
• All-Weather Outdoor Durability: The black self-sinking aeration hose resists UV damage, cracking, and deformation across extreme temperatures (-120°F to +175°F). It stays flexible and stable year-round in ponds, fountains, and aquaculture systems, with thickened PVC to avoid stiffening, softening, or rupture under outdoor stress.
• Safe & Long-Lasting Underwater Use: Crafted from non-toxic, heavy-duty PVC, this pond tubing is 100% safe for fish, plants, and all aquatic life. It won’t leach harmful substances or degrade underwater, resisting wear, tear, and splitting for extended use in koi ponds, aquariums, and breeding tanks.
• Hassle-Free Installation & Secure Fit: This complete self-sinking aeration hose comes with brass connectors and stainless steel clamps for quick, tool-free setup. All accessories fit the 3/8” hose perfectly for tight, leak-proof connections—no extra purchases required, just attach to your aerator/pump and deploy directly underwater.
• Versatile for All Water Environments: This self-sinking aeration hose fits all water setups, ideal for backyard koi ponds, water gardens, and fountains for efficient, unobtrusive aeration. For large-scale use, it works reliably in lakes, lagoons, and aquaculture systems even under high pressure. Safe and non-toxic, it also suits commercial hatcheries and aquariums, supporting year-round outdoor use for winter de-icing and summer water maintenance.
