- HOW DOES IT WORK? Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with the mini barrel interior, wine will age 8x to 10x faster than larger, commercial sized barrels, giving a balanced and aged taste in weeks rather than years. After 2 weeks, start sampling and Age to Taste! Pour straight from the barrel tap or decant into a glass bottle to stop the aging process.
- PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - The Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep and more. Extract the natural flavor elements from the charred oak interior (such as vanilla, sweet spices and coconut ) and infuse them into the spirit of your choice to produce superbly tasting cocktails, as enjoyed by connoisseurs.
- USE FOR MULTIPLE AGING CYCLES - our barrels can be used for many years and also make great bar and restaurant decor, kitchen decor or addition to any man cave liquor cabinet.
- LASER ENGRAVED PERSONALIZATION – Enter your custom text attributes and our artists will make this the perfect gift for wine, whiskey, bourbon, scotch, tequila or rum enthusiasts.
- KIT INCLUDES one 5L American white oak barrel with wooden stand, oak bung and spigot, funnel and complete Instruction Booklet. Become a legal Bootlegger, Moonshiner, Rumrunner, Whiskey Peddler, or just have fun and enjoy aging your spirits at home!
