Micah's Gold Bomber Barramundi Fly

An excellent all-round saltwater predator fly that has proven itself on barramundi and trevally. The Micah's Gold Bomber is flashy, easy to cast, and built to get noticed in tough conditions.

• Flashy profile ideal for dirty water, drains, and low visibility conditions
• Lightweight design for easy casting all day
• Lands well and tracks cleanly through the water
• Double weed guard for fishing timber, snags, and structure
• Big red eyes add a strong trigger point
• Tied on a strong saltwater Gamakatsu hook
• Proven pattern for barra, trevally, and other aggressive predators

The Micah's Gold Bomber is one of those flies that simply gets eaten. Built with plenty of flash and movement, it stands out in stained water, drains, mangrove edges, and anywhere predators need help locking onto a target. It’s especially effective for barramundi when water clarity is down or fish are feeding aggressively around structure.

Despite the larger profile, it remains light and easy to cast, allowing accurate presentations tight into snags, drains, and pockets where big fish like to hold. The double weed guard helps protect the hook point when fishing gnarly country, giving you confidence to put the fly where it needs to be.

The oversized red eyes act as a key strike trigger, while the quality Gamakatsu hook gives you the strength needed when serious fish eat close to cover.
