Lancer Tube Assembly with Abco Check Valve - 48-2045/01

The Lancer Tube Assembly with Abco Check Valve is a precision one-way fluid barrier designed to prevent high-pressure carbonated water from backing up into syrup supply lines. This assembly ensures that pressure surges from the carbonator pump do not damage low-pressure syrup BIB pumps.

Problem Solved: Corrects flavor cross-contamination and prevents damage to BIB pumps caused by back-pressure surges. Replaces failed check valves that allow syrup and soda to mix within the supply lines.

Symptoms of Failure: Finding 'watery' syrup in the lines, the syrup pump cycling when the unit is idle, or flavor carry-over where one flavor tastes like another.
