- Dual Independent Power Sources to Protect Starter Battery: KEMIMOTO 12V 140A isolator separates the starter battery and auxiliary battery, ensuring independent power supply: the starter battery exclusively powers the engine (avoids startup failure), while the auxiliary battery supports extra devices (lights, air conditioners, GPS). Prevents auxiliary equipment from draining the starter battery—no more "dead battery" when starting your vehicle
- Smart Voltage-Sensitive Charging & Battery Balance: Equipped with a voltage-sensitive relay (VSR) for intelligent charging: it prioritizes charging the starter battery first, and automatically switches to charge the auxiliary battery once the starter battery reaches 13.3V (full charge). When the starter battery drops to 12.8V (low power), the isolator cuts off the auxiliary circuit to protect the starter battery. Balances dual-battery power and extends battery lifespan
- Weather-Resistant Design & Hassle-Free Installation: Built with waterproof, dustproof, and vibration-proof housing—adapts to harsh outdoor conditions (muddy trails, bumpy off-roading, marine humidity) without performance loss. The kit includes all essential installation accessories for quick setup. Reminder: If additional hardware is needed due to your vehicle’s specific structure (e.g., unique mounting positions), you may need to prepare it separately
- Complete Accessory Kit for One-Stop Installation: The kit comes with practical components to support the isolator system: 1 smart battery isolator, 1 digital dual voltmeter (real-time monitors both battery voltages), 1 relay (controls circuit on/off), 3 marine battery terminals (for load/charger connection), 2 red cables (300mm), 1 black ground cable (600mm), 1 green-grey cable (2350mm), 3 female spade connectors, and 10 cable ties—meets all basic installation needs
- Wide Compatibility for Dual-Battery Vehicles & Popular UTV Models: This isolator kit is tailored for vehicles with dual batteries, covering UTVs, ATVs, RVs, trucks, marine boats, and campers. It fits mainstream UTV models: Compatible with Polaris (Ranger, General), Can-Am (Maverick, Defender), Pioneer 1000, Talon 1000, Cfmoto (Zforce, Uforce), and Kawasaki. Reminder: A suitable second battery (mounted near the starter battery) is required for use (not included in the kit)
