Lignan flax oil is unfiltered and contains particles of the whole seed, which like to settle at the bottom of the bottle. This oil can range in color from gold or amber to dark brown, and has a coarser texture along with a more robust flax flavor
- JUST 1 TABLESPOON A DAY: Our flax seed oil tastes great straight off of the spoon, or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal or smoothies. Take 1 to 2 Tbsp daily.
